For our own expansion needs, we are looking for people in our origination and execution teams:

Origination Team

You will articulate our value proposition to our clients and help us build new business. You need to be well-networked, and need to have relationships in the senior management teams in the companies of the financial services industry. You need to have excellent communication skills and client orientation. Previous experience in business development within the financial services industry will be preferred.

Execution Team

You will execute the client mandates in the areas of recruitment outsourcing and strategy consulting. You will need to source candidates through different channels, articulate the career proposition of our clients to those prospective candidates, and guide them through different stages of the recruitment process. You need to be creative, resourceful, and will need to have a strong understanding of the different roles and career paths within the financial services industry.
