To build a CBSE/ICSE school, you must have more than 2 acre land inside or near a well-populated town. Other than that, you should be willing to make the investment into building the infrastructure of the school (around 60,000 sq ft built up area for a school with 1500 students). Once the infrastructure is ready, our input in terms of overall leadership, academic philosophy and teaching tools can convert that into a world-class school.

We engage in two possible models:

Long-term service contract

In this case, the trust (controlled by investors) will enter into a long-term agreement with the education management company (us). Under this agreement, the education management company provides all leadership and execution service, for a long-time period - and have a revenue share in return.

A shorter term arrangement is inappropriate, as most of the impactful work is done between year 0-2, and benefits reaped in year 3 and beyond for many years.

One-off consulting

While this is not our preferred engagement model - sometimes we may agree to do this to give you a glimpse into our service quality. In this case, the trust engages us for the set-up activities, for a period of 1 or 2 years. Scope of the activities may include marketing and branding, teacher-hiring and training, running of the school for the initial period.

The one-time fees for this shorter-term arrangement will be steeper, as the education management company will not reap any long-term benefits out of this engagement.
