Candidate Profiles

Most of our clients look for a keen interest in finance, an ability to explain the world around, and a strong work ethic. In terms of qualifications, for most of our domestic clients, we require CAs, MBAs, CFAs (from CFA Institute, US). Our clients prefer financial services industry experience, but they are also willing to consider candidates with exceptional aptitude from other industries. Most of our international openings are in the domain of quantitative finance, and we look for candidates with significant statistical, mathematical and econometric backgrounds for those openings.

In all cases, our clients look for candidates with a strong academic background and demonstrated ability. Our clients have openings across different locations in India.
